Things that happen to others...

...can sometimes hit right on you. What would you do, if doctors looked worried when taking some tests, after finding a weird lump? What would you do when you had to wait for results over a week? I went to Norway, skied like never before and enjoyed it more than ever. When I came back, I was ready for everything, determined to make it what ever it would be. It was cancer. But a good one.

It took the whole summer, operation and treatment, but I think someone took it easy with me - it could have been worse also. Still I was pretty week and tired. But now everything seems to be alright again, and just some days ago I was able to do my first jogging without being completely exhausted, yes!! I'll have to eat pills for the rest of my life, but I think that's pretty cheap price to pay.

This was a shaking reminder of how we should keep doing the things we love when we still can. And how lucky I have been to experience all those great things. And especially how lucky I am to have those great people standing next to me. Every day is a gift and we should try to enjoy all of them, good and bad, because they're the life and it's sweetness.
