It's good to be home

I really liked coming back and seeing all that snow, so light and dry that it was possible to sink waist deep even with snowshoes. Add the sun and you get the best time of the year.

....

Checked some good old spots at Pyhä. Maybe not big mountains, but they're at my home in Lapland and it makes them worth much more. I really enjoyed that day!

And a powder day at our backyard and old playground, Ounasvaara.

Ville loving it

Gisa loving it too

Lunch philosophies: It's always fun to ride, if you like to ride. And what a shame would it be, if you let the biggest, most awesome lines you've done ruin the joy of smaller lines. If you can just let those add to the happiness you create from just being able to ride anything, you're doing pretty good.

We had as much fun as we used to, but nowadays we don't have to stand in the cold and wait for half an hour for mom or dad to pick us up!!
